Stan Butts, CEO & President

Mr. Butts has over 40 years of experience in the commercial Contracting and Service industry. His career began in 1981 as a Service Technician and shortly thereafter advanced to Service Manager. In 1984 he was elected to take a multi-faceted position including account management, engineering, estimating, energy services, and project management. Mr. Butts then worked for a major equipment manufacturer servicing Northern California. In 2001 he took a vital ownership role of a small construction/service company and grew it from 10 employees to over 300, his philosophy was and remains simple “Customers-Employees-Company”. The Customers are 1st then the Employees and then the Company. He believes if you take care of the first two your Company will THRIVE. His cumulative industry experience and knowledge has contributed to many company policies, procedures, and ensured customer satisfaction. Mr. Butts has personally headed the development team, successfully completing Projects and Service programs for thousands of commercial/industrial facilities.

Brett greene, vice president

Brett Greene oversees all day-to-day operations for both contracted business as well as inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire suppression systems. He has worked in the fire protection industry for more than 40 years specializing in water delivery systems, foam systems, fire pump systems, standpipes, fire extinguishers, and all special hazard suppression systems for high asset protection. He is certified by the California State Fire Marshall as well as the Los Angeles Fire Department, Regulation 4.
